- Extensive experience as a welding operator in sheet metal fabrication, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent; advanced certification or vocational training preferred.
- Expertise in multiple welding techniques (MIG,TIG, Brazing).
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various welding equipment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize weld joint designs
- Set up and adjust welding equipment based on job requirements
- Troubleshoot complex welding issues and implement corrective actions
- Must occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 lbs
- Use of hands 100% of the time, stand, bend, stoop, twist, turn.
