Production Lead

Duties:

• Leading production team in contract packaging and fulfillment while ensuring efficiency and quality, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Meet production targets and deadlines, as well as manage schedules and workflows.
• Maintain quality standards by monitoring production output and addressing any quality issues.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Managing inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Ensure that production equipment is functioning properly and management for repairs. 
• Identify and address production issues, such as equipment malfunctions or process bottlenecks.  
• Keeping detailed records of production activities, including quality control results, safety incidents, and employee performance.  

Requirements:

• Previous production supervisory experience helpful
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish helpful.  English required.
• Forklift experience helpful.
