• Outline Essential Functions / Job Duties: Summary of tasks for Lead and Copper Project for Temporary Employees (must be computer savvy & know excel). These tasks will be taught to Temporary Employees using the current SOP, “Lead and Copper Rule Revision: How to Reduce Service Line “Unknown” and Null Pipe Material.”
1. How to use Geocortex – to identify relevant As Built for Service Line information
2. How to Review As Built information - to identify Service Line information
3. How to Review INFOR
a. Use INFOR Work Order module to identify service line replacements not captured in Geocortex or an as built
b. Use INFOR Asset Management module for existing service line data
c. Use INFOR Billing Lookup Account data (if access provided) to ensure service line has active account
4. How to Research Service Line Address Build date - using online real estate search providers when needed
5. How to Track and Update Service Line information in Excel file provided by GIS

This position is a unique special project position; we do not have a job description to provide. This position does not require 1-2 years of experience in excel. Most applicants experience can come from their high school experience using basic computer applications. Requires knowledge of and experience using basic computer applications like word, excel and email with the willingness to learn.
