Full Job Description
In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are
expected to speak with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate
an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect.
The attorney is required to do legal research, draft motions, discovery and will need to attend and argue
hearings, take depositions, mediations, and trials.
Requirements & amp; Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in first property insurance or personal injury
- Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team-oriented
Pay: $63,958.00 - $140,821.00 per year
