Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple facilities and teams while contributing to the strategic direction of the company. Annual Salary: $95,000

Schedule: 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day terminal activities, including freight movement, fleet maintenance, and dispatch operations. Coordinate dedicated routes and supervise dispatch staff to ensure efficient transportation logistics.
• Strategic Contribution: Collaborate in developing and implementing policies and procedures that optimize company operations. Participate in long-term planning to support company growth and sustainability.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor team members to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Ensure staff compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall company performance.
