Job Title: Front Office Receptionist | Pay Rate: $15/hr | Schedule: M-F, 8am-4:30pm


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Route visitors and calls to appropriate staff
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage front desk activities like mailing, filing, etc.
  • Provide general assistance and information to visitors
