Paralegal

Our client in Medford, NJ, is seeking a Paralegal with experience in DUI to join their Law Firm. This role is Temp to Hire with the potential to become Direct Hire for the right candidate. The salary for this role will commensurate with experience. 

This role is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00PM.

Responsibilities:

• Handle paralegal duties related to DUI and criminal cases.
• Input information into case management system
• Manage and convert leads through sales calls.
• Draft and send letters of representation.
• Request discovery documents from police stations and records departments.
• Download and organize video evidence, such as body camera videos
• Maintain both physical and digital filing systems using an online service.
• Calendar court dates and manage scheduling.
• Follow up on case-related tasks and communications.
• Work with e-courts, download e-discovery reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paralegal 
• Experience handling criminal and DUI cases.
• Proficiency in MyCase and eCourts platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
