Primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Process weekly payroll using Foundation Software Process weekly 401K remittance New Hire Onboarding – processing all new hire paperwork, I-9 forms, E-Verify, set up employee record in payroll system, new hire reporting, create and maintain personnel folders. PTO accrual and tracking. Prepare union benefit remittance reports for payment. Preparation and submittal of weekly certified payroll reports Assist with annual reporting and compliance. Assist with employee benefits administration and coordination. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience •Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with payroll processing •Experience filing certified payrolls, prevailing wages (Davis Bacon Act), fringe benefits •Experience with union trades, memberships, job classifications, and union rates •Experience with Foundation Software •Advanced administrative and organizational skills •Computer proficient including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products and Adobe •Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
