Janitor

Our client in Wildwood, NJ, is seeking a Janitor/Maintenance Assistant to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire role offering between $20-$23/hr based on experience.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM-2PM

Responsibilities:

• Clean kitchen and bathrooms in the main office
• Sweep, mop and clean the windows of community buildings - laundry rooms, office, maintenance shop, etc.
• Daily collection of debris on the property.
• Cleaning of parking lots and dumpster areas.
• Take trash out of the office
• Change light bulbs and air filters in apartments
• Snow removal
• Support Maintenance Superintendent’s with minor repairs

Qualifications:

• Must have previous Janitorial or similar experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
