Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Morrisville, PA. This position focuses on trailer repair in a warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will have experience using power tools, hand tools, and assist with materials handling. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer repair tasks using hand tools and power tools (e.g., drills, impact guns).
• Lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs).
• Complete general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when needed.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment and performing labor tasks.

Skills

• Experience within a warehouse and in labor roles
• Knowledge of vehicle/trailer repair and assembly
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools (drill, impact gun, etc.).
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse environments
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Strong teamwork and self-motivation skills.
• Willingness to perform various labor tasks as directed.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.
• Two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break
