Our Client in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for their office. This is a Temp position Monday through Friday with the schedule of 8:30am–5:00pm with one evening per week from 11:30am–8:00pm (flexible on which day).
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting individuals as they enter the building
- Running insurance information and uploading data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
- Following up with individuals to schedule appointments
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or healthcare office experience preferred
- Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance verification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
