Key Responsibilities-Public Adjuster Present and sell the firm’s insurance adjustment services to prospective residential and commercial clients Respond quickly to disaster scenes and emergency loss situations Locate and engage business and property owners in need of public adjusting services Obtain and maintain a Pennsylvania State Public Adjuster Solicitor License Complete basic contracts and obtain signed agreements from new clients Follow up on all leads, referrals, and assigned opportunities Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a PA Public Adjuster Solicitor License (required) Strong sales, interpersonal, and communication skills Comfortable working independently in emergency and high-stress environments Self-motivated with excellent follow-through Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Experience in sales, insurance, restoration, construction, or adjusting is a plus This position requires regular, face-to-face interaction with clients.
