Our Client in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join their team. This is a 6-week temporary position beginning at the end of March, offering $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. This role is ON-SITE, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Post payments to customer accounts for services being performed 
  • Schedule customers for service appointments 
  • Deliver high-quality and timely customer service over the phone
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payments and scheduling
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed to support team operations

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly; training will be provided for payment posting
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
