Our Client in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join their team. This is a 6-week temporary position beginning at the end of March, offering $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. This role is ON-SITE, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Post payments to customer accounts for services being performed
- Schedule customers for service appointments
- Deliver high-quality and timely customer service over the phone
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payments and scheduling
- Assist with general office tasks as needed to support team operations
Qualifications:
- Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly; training will be provided for payment posting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
