Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines safely and efficiently
• Accurately weigh materials and follow precise measurements
• Perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, division, percentages)
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Conduct quality checks and report issues promptly
• Work collaboratively to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English
• Pass a basic math assessment (4 questions: addition, subtraction, division, percentage)
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
