Full-Charge Bookkeeper -Key Responsibilities
• Process electronic accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections including maintaining a file of each account.
• Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including debits and credits, to the general ledger.
• Assist with audits and financial documentation.
• Maintain bank accounts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with Microcision policies.
• Payroll back up.
Requirements
• College degree in accounting is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment
• Ability to commute to Pennsauken, NJ
-$55K - $65K yearly salary
