We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist with a passion for building professional relationships, excels at sales connections and enhances client development to drive staffing growth across our company.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow staffing partnerships in Professional, Skilled Industrial, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Legal, IT, and financial sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your assigned regional territory through cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the company at local industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Engage and present our services to key decision-makers and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Communicate with hiring teams on the benefits of utilizing our staffing services to address staffing challenges, identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and long-term success.
  • Stay current on industry trends and labor market shifts to identify new opportunities for business.
  • Present and describe our services to key managers and decision-makers through in-person meetings and video conferencing platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Experience selling into one or more of the target industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with video conferencing platforms and calendar management for meetings.
  • Ability to connect with decision makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, and marketing campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple territories.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and prospecting daily.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
