Personal Insurance Account Manager

Our Client in Newark, DE is seeking a Personal Insurance Account Manager to join their team! This is a Full-Time, Temp to Hire position starting at $45,000 per year. This role will be fully in-office with the potential for a future hybrid schedule once fully trained.

Role Summary:
Serve as the main point of contact for personal insurance clients, managing policy changes, renewals, and claims inquiries. Ensure accurate coverage, provide quotes, and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client requests and policy updates.
• Manage renewals and assist with new business.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; maintain documentation.
• Support clients through the claims process.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry standards.
• Proficiency with agency management systems.
• Insurance license required (or the ability to obtain a license may be considered for the right candidate).
