Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Wave Planner to join our high-volume distribution center in Langhorne, PA. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient flow of orders through our warehouse management system (WMS) and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and release order waves using WMS to optimize warehouse workflow Monitor and adjust wave planning based on inventory, staffing, and shipping schedules Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Office tools for reporting and coordination Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders Assist with RF scanning and inventory tracking as needed Preferred Experience & Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Excel & Word) Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) HighJump WMS highly desired Familiarity with AS400 ERP systems is a strong plus RF (radio frequency) scanning experience highly desired Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with Overtime availability!
