Our Client in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team! This position will be Temp to Hire or Direct Hire based on the company needs. The schedule is Monday through Thursday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. The salary will be based on experience.
Job Summary:
The position is responsible for ensuring seamless office operations for a highly rated CPA office by providing clerical support to the Accountants, assisting Clients with payrolling services, maintaining the office supplies and workflows, and more!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and greeting incoming guests, acting as the gatekeeper and taking messages for Owner as needed
- Acting as the liaison between Clients and payrolling company, collect payroll information and ensure timely processing
- Scanning, filing, documenting, and account updating as needed
- Maintain office organization and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior professional experience in a similar office setting required, previous experience within a financial environment is a plus!
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience processing payroll is a huge plus, experience with ADP is also preferred
- Excellent professional communication skills both written and verbal
