Our client in Philadelphia is seeking a Receptionist to assist their office. This is an On-Going Temporary role offering $20/hr. The schedule for this position in Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Greet guests and visitors professionally
- Take and relay messages accurately
- Handle and document work orders and resident issues
- Perform general office duties including faxing, filing, and data entry
- Maintain records of work orders and guest concerns
- Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Receptionist or in a Administrative role is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
