Our client in Philadelphia is seeking a Receptionist to assist their office. This is an On-Going Temporary role offering $20/hr. The schedule for this position in Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.


Duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet guests and visitors professionally
  • Take and relay messages accurately
  • Handle and document work orders and resident issues
  • Perform general office duties including faxing, filing, and data entry
  • Maintain records of work orders and guest concerns
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Receptionist or in a Administrative role is required 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
