Our client in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This is a temporary position starting December 8th for approximately 10-12 weeks, in person Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch. Pay rate is $20 per hour.
Job Description:
Manage incoming phone calls
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Manage and maintain office supplies
Sign for office packages
Distribute deliveries and mail daily
Perform other clerical duties as requested
Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Must be very personable, have a great attitude, be flexible and cooperative
Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, internet, and other basic software systems
Well-organized, detail-oriented
Must have a strong sense of customer service
This role reports directly to the President and works alongside another receptionist.
