Cultural Questionnaire needs to be completed if interested. Teams Interview Requirements: Complete all service requests and repairs correctly and in a timely manner. Obtain Supervisor’s approval for repairs and replacements. Maintain a proper inventory of supplies and tools sufficient for providing service and maintaining the property. Execute knowledge of building equipment, painting and drywall patching, plumbing, along with other minor repairs. Evaluate deficiencies such as excessive wear or troubleshoot faulty minor electrical issues. Perform all other duties as directed by the Community Manager and assist the overall team effort, as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year in maintenance or related field. Basic knowledge in cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, boilers, and HVAC. Basic knowledge using hand and power tools. Current driver's license $20 - $24 per hour
