Shipping and Receiving

Our client in Cinnaminson is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Associate to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire role offering between $23-$24 an hour based on experience.

Schedule: 

Mon-Thurs: 6:00 am to 2:30pm or 6:30 am to 3:00 pm 

Fri: 6:00AM-12:00PM or 6:30AM-12:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare products for shipment: packing, labeling and securing items
• Generate and verify shipping documents
• Coordinate with freight carriers and schedule pickups
• Receive incoming materials, parts and supplies
• Inspect materials for damage, quality compliance and correct quantities
• Record received items in the inventory management system
• Deliver received goods to correct department/area
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock organization

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years' of experience in Shipping, Receiving, or Material Handling
• Experience in the manufacturing environment is preferred
• Must have prior experience with a sit down and a stand up forklift
• Must have a valid Driver's License and Forklift Certification
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, packing lists and technical documents
• Must have knowledge of UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc. systems
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently
