Our client in Camden, NJ, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their recruitment efforts. This is a 1-Year Temporary role offering $45–$57 an hour.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM
Work Environment: Hybrid role with remote work 2 days per week after onboarding
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and industry networks
Prescreen and submit qualified candidates for review
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
Advise hiring managers on interview strategies and bias-free selection
Promote employer brand through social media and external partnerships
Support internal talent and ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience recruiting in Technical IT, Automotive, and Engineering fields
Proficient in behavioral and competency-based interviewing
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance (EEO, OFCCP)
Experience with sourcing strategies and ATS systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
