Our Client in Moorestown, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist to join their team.
This is a part-time, onsite position (Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week), offering a competitive hourly rate of $22.00–$25.00, with potential for temp-to-hire placement.


Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and clients
  • Handling automobile and workers’ compensation claims from initiation to resolution
  • Coordinating insurance documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Assisting with general insurance-related tasks, including claims processing and renewals
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for insurance documentation
  • Communicating with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal departments
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an insurance-related role
  • Previous experience handling COIs, claims, and workers’ compensation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in property & casualty insurance or risk management
  • Familiarity with insurance compliance and regulatory standards
