Our Client in Moorestown, New Jersey is seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist to join their team.
This is a part-time, onsite position (Monday through Friday, approximately 20 hours per week), offering a competitive hourly rate of $22.00–$25.00, with potential for temp-to-hire placement.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and tracking Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for vendors and clients
- Handling automobile and workers’ compensation claims from initiation to resolution
- Coordinating insurance documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Assisting with general insurance-related tasks, including claims processing and renewals
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for insurance documentation
- Communicating with insurance carriers, brokers, and internal departments
- Performing miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word to manage data and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an insurance-related role
- Previous experience handling COIs, claims, and workers’ compensation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in property & casualty insurance or risk management
- Familiarity with insurance compliance and regulatory standards
