Our Client in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support their CEO and executive leadership team. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday through Friday), offering a competitive salary of $100,000 annually, plus a cell phone allowance.


Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and coordinating the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and deadlines
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Screening and responding to calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and tracking action items
  • Drafting, editing, and distributing presentations, reports, and company-wide communications
  • Arranging and managing complex travel logistics and itineraries
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Overseeing administrative operations for the executive team, including supplies and equipment
  • Tracking and reconciling expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
