Community Association Attorney

Our client, a full service law firm in Freehold, New Jersey, is seeking an Attorney with proven experience providing legal services to Condominium Associations. This position is Direct Hire, On Site, and Full Time.

Salary: $80,000-$130,000 per year.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of insurance defense litigation experience OR 3-5 years corporate transactional work, community association law, and collections experience.
• Judicial Clerkship and strong writing skills are required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload while meeting multiple requests and deadlines in a consistent and timely manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
