Groundskeeper

Our Client in Sicklerville, New Jersey is seeking a Groundskeeper to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire role, offering $17.00 an hour based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm.

A majority of your role will be outdoors in all weather conditions

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Clean area around trash bins 
• Pick up around the grounds daily
• Take trash out of office
• Clean kitchen and bathrooms
• Clean around main office once a week - sweep, mop & dust
• Clean vacant units
• Assist with maintenance

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Janitorial, Custodian or Groundskeeper position
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently 
• Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision
