Our Client in Vineland, New Jersey is seeking a Program Information Coordinator for their office. This is a Temp-to-Hire position, offering $21.50 per hour. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting, compiling, and verifying the accuracy of invoices, using Cashflow system for all state offices
- Screening phone calls and coordinating communications between staff
- Preparing and processing per diem documents for approval for travel arrangements for management staff
- Assuring filing system and maintaining previous years of program information in addition to the current year
- Providing technical assistance to staff on local office procedures
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical, including state office inventories
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers
- Maintaining contact lists and databases
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Handling requests for information and data
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Providing general support to visitors
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned
- May be required to drive for business purposes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of business administration experience and/or an Associate of Arts in Secretarial Sciences
- Knowledge of computers and computer programs, including word processing and database programs
- Proficiency in typing and solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet specific timelines
