Our Client in Newark, DE is seeking an Interim Clinic Administrative & Operations Assistant for a one-year assignment starting ASAP! This is a Full Time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. This role offers $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.
Job Duties:
Provide Administrative Support to the COO
- Calendar support and scheduling, understanding priorities to accommodate requests
- Prepare for meetings by collecting materials and organizing talking points and presentation documents
- Attend meetings as requested, take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure completion of action items on behalf of the COO
Clinic Support
- Support clinic expansion initiatives: Student Health and Mental Health clinic partnerships
- Support clinic operations by procession receipts and orders, coordinating with EVS department, scanning documents, and managing USPS incoming and outgoing mailings
Facilities Support
- Provides complex front desk coverage including directing patients, sorting mail, and assisting with package tracking/delivery, distributing fobs/keys, and other administrative responsibilities
- Provide secondary support to the Director of Facilities with projects
Requirements:
- Calendar management and scheduling experience for C-level of similar executive-level associates
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, with attention to detail adjusting priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Effective analytical and technical skills, including the use of spreadsheets, and word-processing software programs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
- Experience with PeopleSoft, Cognos, Concur, and UDSIS is preferred
