Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Warminster, PA Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Warminster, PA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in machine operation and mechanical maintenance who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment Operate and maintain various machines and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and mechanical components Install and replace heat bands and other machine parts Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs and adjustments Assist in die changes and mechanical setups Maintain a clean and safe work environment Document maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors Qualifications: Previous experience as a maintenance technician, machine operator, or diesel mechanic Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment Experience with hydraulics, heat bands, and preventative maintenance Proficient in the use of hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player Comfortable working in a hands-on, industrial environment Benefits: 4-day work week (3-day weekends!)
