Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a manufacturing company in Newark, DE is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a Direct Hire position. 

Base Salary: 35,000 yearly. 

Commission : 3-5% of all sales.

Fulltime Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business opportunities and expand client base.
• Engage with potential clients via email and phone to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and pricing information to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and offerings.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with clients to build strong relationships and understand their needs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Hydraulics (Fluid Power) sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (required)
• Background: An engineering background  (required)
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
