IT Support Specialist

Our client in Cumberland County is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire position, offering $25–$35 per hour, based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting staff and students with IT-related issues involving email, Chromebooks, PCs, and audio/visual equipment
• Setting up and maintaining classroom and office technology
• Handling day-to-day troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software problems
• Maintaining and supporting all school-related IT systems
• Serving as the sole IT staff member on-site

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of IT field experience
• A+ certification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of common IT hardware and software used in school environments
• Must be able to work independently and handle a variety of tech issues
