Our client in Rancocas, New Jersey is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their team! This is a DIRECT HIRE (not contract to hire) position with a well-established leading manufacturing company. This is a Full Time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. This position offers $19.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience.
Job Duties:
- Read blueprints / technical drawing s and welding symbols
- Analyze data and write summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards
- Inspect materials produced and/or purchased
- Use tools such as micrometers and other calibrated tools to measure products
- Remove products that do not meet standards
- Accept or reject finished products
- Perform inspections to assess product quality
- Scan / Upload documents
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Quality Control experience in a Manufacturing industry required.
- Must be comfortable working overtime - including Saturdays if needed
- Ability to read rules, use micrometers, venires and calipers
- Detail-oriented
- Strong record keeping and computer skills
