Aftermarket Sales and Service Representative

Our Client in Rancocas, New Jersey is seeking a Aftermarket Sales and Service Representative for their office. This is a DIRECT HIRE position, offering $50,000 to $60,00K per year, based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

This candidate will play a strong part in supporting customers after sales and ensure they receive outstanding services and tailored solutions. 

Responsibilities:

• Contact and build strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Work closely with sales, engineering and field service 
• Support all product lines with the intent to grow aftermarket sales
• Identify parts from mechanical drawings based on feedback from customers and engineers
• Provide proposals to customers with accurate price and lead time information
• Liaison to Field Service Manager to advise on need or upcoming field service work as a result of equipment breakdowns
• Identify commonly purchased spare parts to manage inventory
• Order and budget entry for new orders
• Invoice customer per negotiated payment schedules
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years' of experience in Sales or a Technical Service role
• Must have an Associate's in Business or a related field
• Ability to interpret drawings, bills of materials and technical manuals
• Strong practical mechanical background
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Good communication skills
