Our client in West Berlin, NJ, is seeking an Administrative Assistant with Accounts Receivable experience to join their team. This role is Temp to Hire and is offering $25-$27/hr based on experience. This role is fully on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones
- Manage correspondences
- Filing
- Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner
- Process incoming payments and post to appropriate accounts
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or disputes
- Assist with month-end closing processes related to Accounts Receivable
- Respond to emails
- Handle invoices
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' of Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
