Our client in West Berlin, NJ, is seeking an Administrative Assistant with Accounts Receivable experience to join their team. This role is Temp to Hire and is offering $25-$27/hr based on experience. This role is fully on-site, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones
  • Manage correspondences
  • Filing
  • Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Process incoming payments and post to appropriate accounts
  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or disputes
  • Assist with month-end closing processes related to Accounts Receivable
  • Respond to emails
  • Handle invoices


Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
