Our Client in Pennsauken, NJ, is seeking a Bookkeeper with strong Customer Service skills to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire role and is offering between $25 and $28 an hour based on experience. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.


The right candidate for this role with have strong multi-tasking skills and be comfortable pivoting from one task to another with little notice

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Bookkeeping tasks:

  • Track budgets
  • Maintain records
    • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
    • Manage payroll and related taxes
    • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
    • Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including sales, expenses, invoices and payments
    • Prepare financial reports and statements
    • Assist with tax filings


Customer Service tasks:

  • Answer phones
  • Resolve billing disputes & process refunds
  • Address customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments and account balances
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding sales and support issues


Requirements for this role:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ of Bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with multiple companies and intercompany transactions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working closely with other team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills
