Customer Service Representative

Our Client in Sewell, New Jersey is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their office. This is a DIRECT HIRE position, offering $18-$20 per hour, based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm, and March through November will require rotating Saturdays, 7:00am-1:00pm.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the Construction or Warehouse industry.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones
• Data entry
• Taking orders over the phone
• Customer service
• Setting up deliverers
• Helping in the yard when not busy
  1. General labor
  2. Helping mechanics
  3. Cleaning up around yard
  4. May be required to drive pickup trucks throughout the yard
  5. May use a 4ft ladder every now and then
  6. Lifting no more than 25lbs

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must have good phone etiquette
• Must have basic computer knowledge
• Interested in getting into the construction/warehouse field
