Production Associate

Our Client in Burlington, New Jersey is seeking a Production Associate. This is a Temp to Hire position offering $19.28 an hour based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Thursday, 7:00am-5:00PM.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Pouring ingredients into mixer (no measuring)
• Assist with the assembly and production of goods according to established processes.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Monitor the production line for quality control and report any issues
• Collaborate with production teams to meet daily manufacturing targets
• Receive, label, and store raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Prepare shipments by labeling, organizing, and ensuring proper documentation is in place.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and handle hazardous materials as required.
• Work closely with production, logistics, and inventory teams.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working 10 hour shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
