Our client in Haddon Heights, NJ, is looking for a Part Time Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire role offering $22/hr. The schedule for this role is Monday through Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm.


Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phones
  • Respond to emails
  • Organize files
  • Data Entry
  • Update system when needed
  • Send out e-news through Constant Contract 


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative experience
  • Must have experience with the Constant Contact 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Must be able to work
