Lead Conversion Expert

Our client in Medford, NJ, is seeking a Lead Conversion Expert to join their Law Firm. This role is Temp to Hire with the potential to become Direct Hire for the right candidate. The salary for this role will commensurate with experience. 

This role is 100% on-site, Monday through Friday, 8;30am-5:00PM. This role does have the option to work Saturday and Sunday, it is not required but would be compensated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive Legal leads via email and call the client
• Go over services with the client and what differs this firm from others
• Follow up with clients via email and phone 
• Report directly to the Attorney
• Convert leads into reports

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role (cold calling, Sales, Marketing, Public Speaking, etc.)
• Previous experience with Criminal Law or DUI Law is a plus
• Must be comfortable being on the phone 
• Strong following up skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google
• Must have strong communication skills
