Our Client in Berlin, New Jersey is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist in their busy office. This is an ongoing temporary position, offering $18 an hour. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30PM.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phones
- Assist customers over the phone
- Check clients in
- Input groups into attendance documents in Netsmart
- Assist with serving/tracking lunch for clients
- Input billing documents into Netsmart
- Coordinate with purchasing items for the program
- Put in building maintenance requests
- Run reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
