Affordable Housing Manager

Our client, located in Princeton is looking an Affordable Housing Manager.

Job Type: Temporary (6 months +/-), Full-Time - Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $25-$27/hour depending on experience

Affordable Housing Manager Temp – Key Responsibilities:

• Housing Sales & Rentals – Qualify buyers, process sales, and coordinate rentals with AAs, property managers, and landlords, marketing affordable properties
• Resident Support & Social Services – Connect residents to financial aid, eviction prevention, and employment resources; address tenant and owner concerns. Provide application assistance and advocacy.
• Community Engagement – Collaborate with community partners, and CARES Advisory Committee to enhance affordable housing initiatives.
• Program Support – Support CDBG programming, housing resales, home improvement loan, Human Services Department to prevent foreclosure and stabilize housing. 

Requirements: Experience with HUD Section 8 and/or other affordable housing programs preferred. Social services experience preferred. Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills, and written skills
