Our Client in Tullytown, Pennsylvania is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire role, offering $21 an hour. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00PM.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Answer the phone when needed
- File all sales & tax forms
- Manage sales and use tax report schedule to keep the company in current filing
- Record journal entries and post to the general ledger
- Manage accounts receivables
- Determine customers that need collection letters and send them out
- Manage the bank reconciliation file for incoming cash
- Check drivers in when picking up or delivering product
- Enter incoming supplier invoices / voucher packets as received
- Make sure invoices are entered correctly and in a timely matter
- Manage timesheets for employees
- Calculate monthly commission report for sales representatives
- Set up new customer accounts – make sure all proper documents are acquired
- Request references to determine credit eligibility of new customers – request higher limits if necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required
- Must have experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
