Our Client in Tullytown, Pennsylvania is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire role, offering $21 an hour. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00PM.


Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer the phone when needed
  • File all sales & tax forms
  • Manage sales and use tax report schedule to keep the company in current filing
  • Record journal entries and post to the general ledger
  • Manage accounts receivables 
  • Determine customers that need collection letters and send them out
  • Manage the bank reconciliation file for incoming cash
  • Check drivers in when picking up or delivering product
  • Enter incoming supplier invoices / voucher packets as received
  • Make sure invoices are entered correctly and in a timely matter
  • Manage timesheets for employees
  • Calculate monthly commission report for sales representatives
  • Set up new customer accounts – make sure all proper documents are acquired
  • Request references to determine credit eligibility of new customers – request higher limits if necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role is required
  • Must have experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
