Our Client in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking an Office Assistant for their company. This is a Temp-to-Hire position offering $18 per hour and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Handling phone and email correspondence
- Transferring calls to numerous departments
- Relaying information to the team via text through company phone
- Organizing and filing data/paperwork
- Maintaining office while staff members visit clients
Requirements:
- Previous office experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Must be a self-starter
