    Our Client in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is seeking an Office Administrator for their company. This is a Temp-to-Hire position offering $55K-$60K per year, based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.


    Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

    • Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
    • Keeping track of PTO
    • Handle bank reconciliations
    • Submit payroll
    • Make deposits at the bank once a week; Enter deposits into QuickBooks
    • Pay bills and record receipts


    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of Accounting/QuickBooks experience
