Our Client in West Berlin, New Jersey is seeking an Administrative Account Manager for their office. This is a Temp-to-Hire position offering $21-$25 per hour, based on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Managing incoming and outgoing projects
- Communicating with clients via phone or in-person
- Submitting orders to vendors
- Processing orders from start to finish
- Invoicing on QuickBooks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Must have sales/marketing experience, along with accounting and QuickBooks experience
- Restaurant industry and ability to use POS systems strongly preferred
- Must be detail oriented
