Our Client in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their office. This position is offering $65k/yr. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00PM. Part or Full-time candidates will be considered based upon experience and ability to meet the position responsibilities.
Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly invoicing
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Correspondence to clients regarding past due invoices or questions on invoicing
- Complete end of year audit for 401(K) and workers comp insurance
- Manage leases on office equipment
- Cost savings for the office
- Human Resources
- Manage health and dental insurance coverage
- Manage accounts at banks
- Compliance information for accountant
- Track profitability of projects
- Deposits at Univest Bank
- Track credit card expenses
- Track gas credit card expenses
- Record all accounting entries into Core, including entering new projects and Clients
- Bi-weekly payroll
- Bi-weekly 401(K) deposits
- Monthly reconciliations for all accounts
Requirements:
- Knowledge of BQE-Core, office accounting & Project Management software is a plus but not a requirement
- The ability to learn Core will be a consideration in hiring for this position.
