    Our Client in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their office. This position is offering $65k/yr. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00PM. Part or Full-time candidates will be considered based upon experience and ability to meet the position responsibilities. 


    Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

    • Monthly invoicing
    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Correspondence to clients regarding past due invoices or questions on invoicing
    • Complete end of year audit for 401(K) and workers comp insurance
    • Manage leases on office equipment
    • Cost savings for the office
    • Human Resources
    • Manage health and dental insurance coverage
    • Manage accounts at banks
    • Compliance information for accountant
    • Track profitability of projects
    • Deposits at Univest Bank
    • Track credit card expenses
    • Track gas credit card expenses
    • Record all accounting entries into Core, including entering new projects and Clients
    • Bi-weekly payroll
    • Bi-weekly 401(K) deposits
    • Monthly reconciliations for all accounts

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of BQE-Core, office accounting & Project Management software is a plus but not a requirement
    • The ability to learn Core will be a consideration in hiring for this position.
