Accounts Payable Clerk

Our Client in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential to become temp to hire based on the needs of their office. This role offers $22-$26 per hour based on experience. 

Job Duties:

• Answer phones
• Answer questions related to AP accounts as needed 
• Receive all invoices every Tuesday via email and begin to process and cut checks
• Ensure all checks are sent to the correct person for signature
• Mail checks out to designated locations 
• Keep account information accurate and up-to-date 
• Assist Controller as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with Yardi or MRI Software is required
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience 
• 1+ years of Commercial Property is highly preferred!  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
